    Come participate in the hat contest!Come celebrate Catherine White's birthday on Friday, March 26 at the Starlite Room in Elmira. Admission is $10 and includes Heron Hill Winery wine tastings, hors d'oeuvres, special performances, a hat contest, DJ dance music and giveaways from 8 to 11 p.m. All proceeds will go  to benefit the Chemung County SCPA.     Come volunteer at the Chemung County SPCA.As a volunteer, you are a valuable asset to our organization and the many animals in need of loving forever homes.  The time and energy contributed by volunteers keeps our programs functioning, so your support and dedication is extremely important.  When deciding to participate in our program, please keep in mind that there is a time commitment, as we would like to provide the best experience for the animals while they are in our care.

     

     In order to volunteer a the Chemung SPCA, you must attend a general volunteer orientation. The next orientation is April 3 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Big Flats Community Center.
