We are not affiliated with any national organization or branch of government, and truly rely on the support from the community.

Honorarium, Memorial Donations You may also make a donation to the CCHS/SPCA in honor of, or in memory of a person or pet, and we will send a personal acknowledgment. Make a special gift for Birthdays, Weddings, Thinking of You, Graduations, Just Because, Congratulations.
Just specify "In Honor of" or "In Memory of", amount of gift, name of person or pet, occasion, name and address of who we will send the acknowledgment to. Honorariums and Memorials are listed in our newsletter "For The Animals". Mail or drop off the donation to the CCHS/SPCA at 2435 State Route 352, Elmira, NY 14903.

"Phat's Fund" Donations Upon the passing of SPCA mascot and beloved friend, Phat Cat, the shelter staff established "Phat's Fund" to cover FeLV/FIV testing for shelter cats, as well as to provide for enrichment for all shelter animals. If you wish to contribute to this fund, please specify "Phat's Fund" with your donation.
